You know...it's funny living in residence. What an experience! I'm sure any of you who live in res, or have lived in res in the past can relate. There are so many darned distractions! People living to the left and right, above and below (though just below in my case), blasting music, drunken people stumbling about, the delectable caf food, Cosmo in the bathroom stalls (if you're a girl) along with innumerable e-mail forwards, weird smells coming from...well...you're not sure WHERE they are coming from, slippers and sweats 24/7, 5 min. walks to class...or 1 min. sprints when you hit the snooze too many times, unmarked mystery foods in the Lounge fridge, unidentifiable liquids dripping off the side of the Lounge counter, multi-coloured stains on the carpet with stories to tell, fire alarms at 3:30 am, crawling out of your room at 2:00 am in search of food (after 3 days of being a hermit) and the only source of sustanence (spelling...oy) is whatever is lurking in the Lounge fridge (MARIKO! ), 30 shoulders to lean on, cry on, and puke on, laugh attacks and weird thoughts especially at the caf during dinner time as finals approach, and the list goes on...when you sum it up though, it's just a whole lotta drunken-piss-yourself-laughing-until-your-eyes-tear-and-your-abs-hurt-like-you're-having-the-WORST-case-of-cramps FUN!! HELL YEAH RES IS WHERE IT'S AT!!!!
